Jennifer has over 20 years global management consulting experience, much of it focused on the life sciences & healthcare industries. She is a results-oriented consultant with a proven track record for partnering with leaders to define vision and business outcomes. Jennifer is often engaged to lead complex, challenging organizational transformations in unstructured and emerging situations. She specializes in leadership alignment, executive coaching, organizational development and change management, and has been awarded the prestigious 2017 “Rising Star” award by the Healthcare Business Women’s Association.

Jeff Bone

Jeff has over 30 years driving value as a human connector building high performance teams for small and large organizations. Over the last 15 years Jeff has focused on quality of life initiatives in healthcare, life sciences and wellness. He has a rich knowledge base, and expertise as an entrepreneur for early stage strategy and execution. Jeff has taken point on several companies through several life-stage transitions, including strategic thinking, developing, and implementing initiatives to pivot and transform at-risk business models. Jeff has the ability to quickly assess the situational context and adapt his style to create the best value outcome for his clients.

Education: Mr. Bone graduated from Columbia Business School with an MBA in Finance and Harvard University with an AB in Government. He has served on a number of Committees and Boards for various non-profits and profit organizations.

Thomas Looby

Thomas Looby has spent his career assembling and leading great teams to build successful technology businesses. Tom works with founders, investors, existing team members, and outside influencers to establish ground-breaking technologies as trusted products and services.

Tom has worked for Bayer, Thyssen Krup, Kodak, Given Imaging, Ekso Bionics and LifeQ in diverse markets including OTC pharmaceuticals, robotics, wearables, and medical devices. In his various executive roles, he has lead teams all over the world to expand commercialization into new geographic markets. His projects have included camera pills, walking robots, health data platforms, and ultra-high-speed imaging products.

With a speciality in medical devices, Looby's teams have achieved significant FDA clearances, established new CPT codes and won favorable insurance coverage. He has often been called in to help companies and business units in turn-around efforts. Thomas Looby has helped to sell two companies - one for more than $1 Billion. He has acquired and integrated several companies - all of which outperformed expectations.

Thomas enjoys educating new audiences on the benefits of breakthrough technologies. He has been a guest on Fox Business News: Varney and Company, CNBC and Bloomberg TV. He has delivered keynote addresses in the US, Europe, and Asia and has had the opportunity to present to the NIH, FDA, CMS and other government agency workshops including those in China and Japan. His teams have designed and deployed award-winning apps to help educate patients and connect them with doctors.

He particularly enjoys recruiting new investors to support growth initiatives for his companies. Along the way, he has helped to raise more than $75 Million and has accomplished the listing of a company on NASDAQ. Tom is especially proud to have stood with his team, patients and doctors to ring the closing NASDAQ bell.

Thomas Looby received a BS in Chemical Engineering from the University of Notre Dame and an MBA from the University of Dayton.

Tom is a proud father, avid runner, a very poor artist, and a rabid Fighting Irish fan. He is proud to be a part of the Concinnity Team.

Samantha Collins

Samantha Collins is a trusted advisor to public and private companies in the life sciences, technology, and consumer products industries. She has spent more than 10 years of her career leading large-scale, strategic and operational initiatives to drive transformational change for Fortune 500 clients in the High Tech, Media and Medical Device industries as a management consulting executive at Accenture. She is the co-founder of a media services startup specializing in streaming video and analytics technology solutions and has brought innovation and driven revenue growth for several consumer startups in the health, wellness and retail products markets.

Samantha and her teams have brought new technology products to market, developed scalable business models, deployed global solutions enabling tens of thousands of people on new enterprise technology, implemented organizational changes and delivered on highest priority M&A integration initiatives. Samantha is passionate about entrepreneurial innovation and is active in the Los Angeles startup community where she currently resides. She holds dual BS degrees in Biology and Psychology from Syracuse University.

Larry Kaufman

Lawrence is a successful business leader with CEO, COO and Director experience in a wide variety of technology-based firms, both public and private. His over 30 years of practice includes audit, governance and nominating committee memberships in public companies, M&A experience on the buy and sell sides, turning around troubled companies, working with international businesses and co-founding five companies. For much of his later career, Larry has focused on adding value to early stage companies in the life sciences, energy and services industries and guiding companies to successful exits. Larry currently serves as a volunteer venture mentor at MIT where is helps early-stage technology-based companies. He specializes in coaching and developing leaders, strategic planning and execution, financial planning and helping companies with disruptive technologies. Larry’s background includes a deep understanding of technologies and how they can be used to create competitive advantages for companies.

He graduated from Rensselaer Polytechnic Institute with a B.S. Physics degree and from Tufts University with a Ph.D. Solid State Physics degree. His education includes an Executive Development Certification from Yale University and a Masters Level Professional Director Certification from the American College of Corporate Directors, a national public company director education and credentialing organization.
